I had bladder cancer years ago and now it’s back. I have been trying to make an appointment for a procedure since October. No one calls back after numerous calls and leaving numerous recordings. Finally went to office last week to schedule an appt. Was told someone would call me that day. If not they would call me in 3 days. Was told to call them if I didn’t hear from them. This clinic is an absolute joke i recommend it to nobody hopefully you see this message and take my advice the staff is terrible there the receptionist is absolutely mean and nasty they put you on hold for 30 minutes and it takes months to get an appointment the doctors are very unprofessional is filthy looking and dirty and not sanitized at all full of dust i contacted my insurance complaining how bad the service was and how terrible i was treated by the receptionist please go somewhere else this is a sensitive time in your... read more

Just wanted to share with you the excellent experience we had while getting a renal ultrasound today. Our tech Valerie, greeted us promptly and quickly allayed our fears and concerns. She was warm and compassionate through the entire exam, telling us how many more pictures would be needed. She assisted us off the table and reviewed the next step in the process. For someone who’s juggling a lot of doctor appointments, they certainly made it a lot easier to understand. There enough Valerie’s

I have been a patient at NJ Urologic Institute for many, many years and have always appreciated the care I received. However, during a recent call to schedule an urgent appointment, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for a month. I explained that my need was time-sensitive and mentioned I might have to look elsewhere.
