Talented doctor treating my relative needs to find a group with much better staff. Since when is a sick and hospitalized patient responsible for obtaining medical clearance for surgery?
Dr. Propa Ghosh is one of the most skilled, knowledgeable and friendly physicians I have ever been to. I came into this practice as a new patient with obstructive kidney stones on a Monday, and by Friday she was performing a urethroscopy with laser to remove them at Monmouth Medical Center. She also scheduled an xray, a nuclear medicine kidney function test and two ultrasounds to establish a baseline of kidney and bladder health. The staff is so rude and makes you feel like you’re a hassle. And not nice at all. I called one out on being just horrible and of course she played a victim. Very disappointing. I’m adding to this review. I was on samples provided by staff. Then they “ had to cut me off “ because of my review I was told. So I’m stopped from getting care because I was treated bad and spoke up. It took 11 weeks to get an appointment. One week before anyone answered the phone. Was left in an exam room and told Dr. Ghosh would be with me shortly. An hour later I heard a voice, for the third time, greeting patients in another exam room. I questioned a staff member and was told Dr. Ghosh is running late and usually does so. "But I am next".
