John came and fix my refrigerator on Sunday we have baby milk in the refrigerator and medicine nobody answered the telephone on Sunday We highly recommend the company
John showed up late then charged me $450 just for a tiny temperature sensor (part only - not including labor) that I found for $45 online later. A real rip off. We spoke with Liebherr service department about it and they completely agreed we were charged excessively. They are helping us open a case against him since he is an authorized Liebherr repair technician. Hopefully they will follow through and remove him as an authorized agent. My subzero is broken for a while I have another company try to fix it and the told me to get the new subzero i call new Jersey subzero and the technician arrive today and fixed the problem I am very pleased and highly recommend this company
