Customer service has an attitude
Dr. Bowen is a true expert in the field of regenerative medicine. He's been treating my diagnosis (severe tricompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee). I'm still relatively young and active at 46yrs old and did want a knee replacement after many prior surgeries. I've meet with him on approx. half a dozen appointments. I am using a friends account because I don’t wish to disclose my identity. I have been seeing Dr. Agesen for close to ten years. By far he is the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. He goes well over and beyond to make sure that I am always trying to be positive and healthy. His staff is top tier. They always get back to you, take care of your requests and just are genuine caring people. I am glad I was introduced to this practice. He has always helped me & been there for me.
