horrible quality
Led me on for over a year when buying a property from me, then kept lying throughout the process to keep negotiating a lower cost (after originally discussing). Then finally cancelled the contract- I lost my woodland management designation and waisted thousands of dollars. Suing them would cost more so I did not.
These guys are horrible. They originally tried to get me to use their mortgage service, but the guys would not answer any of my questions regarding specific numbers/costs. Then, the original site foreman that did the walkthrough with me was just so unattentive (I feel like all of their employees are trained to be noncommittal, dishonest, and just push for signatures).
