We are still looking but Patty was so wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, we hope to eventually buy a home through her. Excellent job!!!
Horrible builder. House brand new and literally every part is falling apart or chipping breaking . The smell in the sinks is disgusting. Plumbers flooded 2nd floor because lack of inexperience pried fixed light off ceiling now just hanging there . They keep sending the same plumbers out who I don’t want in my house. Now no one will return my emails. House has horrible smell in pipes.
The work that the paint repairer did not complete is not repaired because of the trouble. The company needs to identify the work. The customer is responsible for the subsequent warranty work，Find out if it is under warranty
Have visited a few communities and spoke with the sales reps. Everyone is so knowledgeable and made me feel good about my decision.
I'll say it a million times, don't buy DR Horton. Pick a different builder.
