Vultures that are destroying the pine barrens. The houses are almost cardboard quality. They demand the cheapest products to be put into their homes so they can profit huge amounts. Their houses fall apart and mold up instantly. They are currently building on a old swamp, been draining for months now to throw homes on it.

This developer puts in a low income, housing and affordable housing destroying our commitments because we don’t have the infrastructure to support this many people.
