I had a good experience with Dr. Yuriy Ivanov. He took the time to explain my condition and the plan to treat me. Would recommend.
I overheard a nurse yelling at medical student for giving me a second blanket because I was cold. She screamed, "It’s just not what we do around here!" while the other nurses and doctors laughed at the med student. So sad to see a group of healthcare workers who are nothing but bullies. It was just a blanket! What's the big deal?! Never going back.

The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't care about the patients needs and, I've had my shares of stress and frustration between appointments and prescription refills I NEVER receive on time... There's NEVER a nurse available on the clinic line and it's impossible to get a hold of anybody. I don't understand how idiotic people can run a large business like this and, don't handle situations of ANY KIND when a patient seeks help about certain problems and, don't engage! Seriously they gotta hire better... read more
