In response to the owner, I've dealt with your lying he told me he was you nephew,Tom O. Was ready to buy a new 2320 Parker from you. He said I was getting a new Loadrite trailer in the deal. When I arrived my new trailer had a piece of crap huge deck boat on it. Bottom paint on rollers, left fender dented as the massive boat on it was pushing the rollers on to the fender. My experience is long story, not unlike some of the terrifying reviews I read on Yelp, but I will attempt to keep it brief. I will also add, at the top, that it is very nice that various people from NJ Outboards come on sites and respond, in an attempt to save their reputation, to the horrible reviews; however, as a consumer, how many times can you read a catastrophic review followed by various "explanations" and really believe it is an isolated incident? Hi everyone, I’ll keep this short-and-sweet. Do not buy from NJ outboard motors; here’s why: we purchased a boat before the season with worn, but agreeable interiors. The seller, Tom Mazzio, gave us a lot of “perks” along with the purchase -- we were to get a newly finished interior, they'd deliver the boat, and set it up on our dock. As new boaters, we were thrilled for the help, especially being a female-only family with much to learn about boating. What we did not get, was any of those promises.
