If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend them for anything. I recently purchased a sea **** from them, they charged a prep fee and did a very poor job prepping it. Scratches and blemishes everywhere. Gouges in the fiberglass. Scratches in the powder coat. Also, cut cushions for the bow. I ordered a New ******* pontoon on 9/1/2021 . I was told that I would have it by April 1,2022 in time for the summer season. Well today is 7/14/2022 and I still do not have the boat or a time frame when it will be in. The company is un responsive to my calls for updates and I am told to contact the manufacturer who is also NON Resoonsive.
In response to the owner, I've dealt with your lying he told me he was you nephew,Tom O. Was ready to buy a new 2320 Parker from you. He said I was getting a new Loadrite trailer in the deal. When I arrived my new trailer had a piece of crap huge deck boat on it. Bottom paint on rollers, left fender dented as the massive boat on it was pushing the rollers on to the fender. Purchased a used Hydrasport CC and dealt with salesman Josh Webster. The buying process was a pleasure; straight forward with no bs. 1 week after buying the boat I filled it with fuel and noticed that the bilge was full of gasoline. Fearing the worst I called Josh and he told me to bring the boat back to him. Even though the boat was more than 20 years old and sold as is Josh had the service guys on the boat within hours and in less than 48 hours the boat was fixed free of charge. I purchased a Ultra 225 in the spring love the boat!! This Saturday I had issues could not get the boat the plane out. The good news was that I was close to the ramp. I called the service department and spoke to Brian and Ed explained my situation I told them I have my family on board and needed them to pick me up. They pulled 2 mechanics from the shop and sent them to pick us up. This was at 1:00pm. They both told me that he will take a few days to look at the boat. The worst experience. Attempted to purchase a new outboard and Thomas m would not return my calls or emails. Spoke to Mike who said he would be able to help me out and would have Sal contact me for the finance since I had not heard anything a week after being approved. Went back and forth with Sal about financing and questioning my rates which did not appear accurate. Such an unwarranted review by a complete insane customer. We are extremely busy right now with Covid he called us one million times. We made a deal he kept shopping it called and argued sales tax....sales tax and then was mad at the rate Yamaha gave him. Than called Yamaha and to check their rate with them which they control. Tom Ko and Sal took great care of me from start to finish with the order, purchase and delivery of my new 2020 Sea Hunt Ultra 239 ! They were super friendly and extremely informative as this was my first new boat purchase and they took their time to go over everything with me and make suggestions based on my needs in a boat.
