I extremely satisfied with my visit to NJIN, wad greeted upon my arrival the customer service representative was attentive and registered me right away. I was one hour earlier than my appointment but I was taken in without waiting for too long

The moment upon entering … peaceful The pre registration person/ friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very patient, & accurate medical insurance information/ The registration desk staff welcomed me with a friendly warm greeting/ filling out forms in very clean waiting room with a pleasant atmosphere/ The technician was friendly, professional, explained procedure, & empathetic of any questions or concerns I may have had. Overall EVERYONE was A1 in performance of helping me feel comfortable. Thank you staff!!!
