The front desk staff is unprofessional. Eating sloppily over the keyboard while assisting me, openly questioning and discussing personal matters and announcing my breast history loudly within earshot of everyone. HIPPA laws and privacy rights aren’t just ignored here.
Rescheduled my appointment over the phone & found out that it was for the Union office; not the Woodbridge office. She never said the location would change but, the receptionists were so helpful, spoke w/ the tech & they were able see me on the spot!!!! GREAT SERVICE from the front desk all the way to the exam. Love them!!!
