Two issues, i experienced with this location 1st the technician who performed the breast ultrasound needs to work on her professionalism, no greetings when you walk in the room there's no hello and no goodbye, very unfriendly, just I'm finish and walks out the room. I've never experienced that before, unacceptable. The 2nd issue - The billing department needs to work on issuing claims to the insurance companies in a timely manner. Six times I called for my x-rays to be sent to another doctor other than the one who requested them and they still couldn’t deliver. Each time I called I was assured that they would get mailed to him. I don’t understand this level of incompetence and lack of follow-through. Go somewhere else for your imaging needs.
Um. Had an appointment at 10 am. They said they took all walk-ins before appointments. So I am still here at 10:52am. Waiting.
Poor poor poor management they fired ppl over the phone not in person
