NJIN in Menlo Park is a very friendly place. The staff is very kind and friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions. I give it five stars.
Always a pleasant experience because the staff make you feel comfortable and put you at ease and help you when you need assistance getting prepared .
I just had an MRI for the first time at NJIN Excellent place. The staff are very knowledgeable.The technician was professional and helpful. Recommended 100%.

Very professional staff! They do everything they can to make you comfortable! Parking is a bit of a pain around 11am believe it or not, but I’m not going to knock them for that. It’s just because of the building they are in. I parked in the overflow lot right across the street and walked right past all the same I people saw circling for a closer spot!
