I have been dealing with a severe sewage blockage that caused water and waste to flood my basement. I called American Home Shield on Monday to fix the problem and it is now Saturday and it is still not fixed. First NJ HVAC stated they do not have the capacity to fix the sewer: they do not have a sewer camera that I requested and do not replace sewer lines.
