I've had multiple experiences with this office for myself and my husband and the staff is great. Olga at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are wonderful, and the PA Jessica Moss has a wonderful bedside manner. She communicates in a way that is very thorough and easy to understand, all while being very comforting.
I have been coming here fore the past 2 years and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience as comfortable as possible. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options in a clear and reassuring manner.
I highly recommend NJ Heart & Vein, they are far and away the best experience I’ve ever had with healthcare. Dr. Daibes and Melissa are both superb providers. Apart from the excellent medical care they provide, they are both very friendly and take whatever time is needed to explain things and answer questions. I had an easy time scheduling an appointment with the office staff, who were very accommodating on the phone. The nurse and PA who took me into my first appointment were also very helpful and understanding of my symptoms. Unfortunately, the only person I had a negative experience with was the doctor, where it counts the most.
