I called to request a simple estimate and mentioned I was from Tennessee. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady on the phone abruptly said, “Not gonna happen, bye,” and almost hung up before I caught her last minute. She was rude and didn’t give me a chance to explain or ask my question properly , rushing me. I wasn’t expecting an exact quote—just a basic estimate. The way she rushed to hang up made me feel completely disrespected. Definitely not how you treat potential customers.
Extremely professional staff. Their office is very clean and appealing. Dr. Shakov and his team did an amazing job on my FUE hair transplant. I highly recommend them.
The people there are all nice sweet and informative. Definitely will recommend. Kim has been wonderful as well.
