Worst Service ever received! I was trying to make an appointment and the lady on the phone hang up on me because I did not wanted to give my credit card information. What kind of service is that? Her attitude was disrespectful. I understand I never received service from your company and probably never will or won't recommend anyone, I was trying to get service. I called to request a simple estimate and mentioned I was from Tennessee. Before I could even finish my sentence, the lady on the phone abruptly said, “Not gonna happen, bye,” and almost hung up before I caught her last minute. She was rude and didn’t give me a chance to explain or ask my question properly , rushing me. I wasn’t expecting an exact quote—just a basic estimate. The way she rushed to hang up made me feel completely disrespected. Definitely not how you treat potential customers.
Extremely professional staff. Their office is very clean and appealing. Dr. Shakov and his team did an amazing job on my FUE hair transplant. I highly recommend them.
