I custom built my home 13 years ago. However, the gutter work leaved much to be desired and ultimately lead to a structural issue that needed repair. Jimmy accurately diagnosed the problem and his team did first quality work performing the remediation which required some intricate modifications to the existing copper system. Old fashioned, good, solid, straightforward and honest guidance from an outfit that knows gutters, how to do a good job, and is not interested in providing anything other than a good job. My gutters were installed by others. Left a bunch of problems because they were not installed properly. NJ Gutters has been taking good care of cleaning my gutters for around 10 years. They are knowledgeable and respectful. My home has copper gutters, French drains and one roof is original old slate shingles. These features are all tricky to deal with…..but they do a great and thorough job. I highly recommend them.
I'm sorry that I have to write this, I really really really tried to remediate with the owner. Short version: Gutters drained water directly into basement (despite raising that as initial concern) and were installed with multiple scratches. Multiple attempts by me were made to find resolution. No fixes to scratched areas have been made, no discounts/refunds have been given, basement floods. Threat of court filing was given to us.
