I'm sorry that I have to write this, I really really really tried to remediate with the owner. Short version: Gutters drained water directly into basement (despite raising that as initial concern) and were installed with multiple scratches. Multiple attempts by me were made to find resolution. No fixes to scratched areas have been made, no discounts/refunds have been given, basement floods. Threat of court filing was given to us. I had NJ Gutters put gutter guards on this week. They had competitive pricing, recommended a great product and did a wonderful job on the install. It was not easy with the snow, but they pushed through and got it done. I would 100% recommend them. A++
