My son has autism, we took him there for special treatment for his feet. He was there for a routine checkup on a small issue with his feet. These doctors originally recommended Laser treatment for my son with Autism. He was very nervous with the idea of using Lasers for his feet. We paid for the two treatments of the Laser, yet only got 1. My son, who has AUTISM was scared and crying hysterically in pain during the first session. I asked the doctors to stop immediately. **Review for office experience I used to be a regular at this clinic years ago, and my experiences were quite positive! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my recent visit. The receptionist's attitude was disappointing and seemed dismissive, which really impacted my overall experience. I really want to take the time to appreciate everyone here at New Jersey Foot & Ankle centers. They really make me feel like I am home👣 Every time I come I am greeted with so much love and kindness. Dr. Stas, Ingrid, Marta and Jessica are so nice to me. I am always treated with the most accommodating service and I wouldn’t want it any other way!! This is a review regarding the fee policy of this office. In short, it appears to me that once you make an appointment, this office seems to hold you to it, either charge you via medical service or cancellation fee. I haven't been seen by the doctors so I cannot comment about their care. That being said, I hurt my foot during the weekend and thought at the time I needed to be seen and tried to make an appointment over the phone with this office at 5PM on Monday May 12.
