RecommendedMy Dad was there for almost a year. Place is very clean and there are no better people!
There is no better place for a fireman in need of assistance. The staff are so caring. So wonderful. My dad, Richie Colombaroni from Bound Brook, has made so many new friends who share his greatest passion. A great big thank you to the nurses, the aides, maintenance, housekeeping and the wonderful activities staff. 😘💜💜💜
It is immaculate, bright and cheerful. The staff is so kind and they have great activities throughout the day. But I think the best part will be that he can make friends with so many men who share his passion for firefighting. It’s really a wonderful place. And I’ve seen quite a few homes recently. I've had the pleasure of visiting the NJ Fireman's Home on a number of occasions and most recently today. I have much respect for the devotion the staff has to taking care of our Firefighters, it is certainly well deserved. Everyone at Saint Clare's looks forward to supporting your residents needs. Looking forward to seeing the new Dementia area when it's complete. Thank you for all you do, God bless!

We are very happy with the firemens home my dad is so happy there and they are so wonderful the way they treat the residents and the residents families.
Words cannot truly express my love and gratitude for the staff at the New Jersey Firemen's Home, especially the nurses who took such good care of my Dad, Jerry, these last three years. The care and compassion they gave Dad in his last hours surely helped him to go to the Lord peacefully. They are a rare breed. Initially Dad had a difficult transition to living there, having been through so much trauma losing both his legs and independence.
