Great experience! Dr Lukenda has a very good bedside manner / seems to know his craft, and the office runs well.
Only saw the PA. Every time I went. I had symptoms of kidney stones. The PA acted like I was a hypochondriac. Said I was fine. The next day I made an apt with a urologist I had a huge kidney stone that was stuck. Had to have it blasted. And the phlebotomist walked away leaving the needle dangling out if my arm. Huge black & blue from that. *She could have been a nurse practitioner. I know she was not the doctor. This was about 2 years ago.

Dr. Colombo is great. I love how they do the bloodwork right there and get back to you quickly. Refills are simple and quick. The problem I have with this office is getting a referral is nearly impossible. I constantly leave messages, no one returns my calls, they want you to do all the leg work of getting the doctors NPI # etc. They have failed to do a referral when I have called weeks ahead of time. Tempted to switch doctors because it is such a hassle and I've run into 3 errors on NJFM behalf.
