Dr. Lukenda, there is no compassion or professionalism, as someone commented. They were lucky during their visit... Sometimes I also witness rudeness in the service. One Saturday, I made an appointment with Dr. Lynn Colombo, and Mr. Lukenda showed up. He didn't even say good morning, asked what was wrong with me, left for a few seconds, returned with a prescription, gave it to me, and turned his back in silence. I honestly love this practice, Dr Lukenda is fantastic and the Nurse Practitioner, Beth Scaldino, is equally wonderful. Always feel super comfortable when speaking with them; I trust what they say. Front desk and nurses are always friendly.
Dr. Lukenda is a fabulous doctor. He listens to your concerns and that is very important to me. He is friendly, pleasant, professional, and, quite simply, very nice. The office staff was wonderful and the office is very clean!
