This practice deserves 5 starts across the board. I’ve been a patient for about 5 years. I’ve seen both Drs Lukenda and Colombo as well as NP Beth Scaldino. They are all so professional, kind, understanding and really listen. Amazing doctors. The front desk staff has always been attentive, considerate and friendly. I was so impressed that my husband, my daughter and son in law are patients as well. Simply the best.
Absolutely love NJFM. I'm never waiting more then 5 minutes to be seen by a doctor. Once i get in tge office the doctor is in the room. To see me in 2 minutes, and they really work hard to figure out the issue I am dealing with. Highly recommend this place!!!!
I have been a patent with NJFM for a while. Sadly, either new staff or simply not proving time slots that reflect the reality of people's work schedule is just poor business practice, but also shows you want your patients to work around you. That feeling of care that attracted me to the NJFM is gone. Its more about fighting to get on a calendar than a doctor caring to see the patient.
