This is strong recommendation for Dr.Char a wonderful Doctor a true professional in every sense and a caring person, My Wife was there recently to have a test done administered by Francesca who was excellent and handled my Wife’s concerns,. The office is run by Roberta a very personable and very capable administrator helped by a very efficient Receptionist named Laura. We could not have been more pleased by the care and concern they all given us over these past years so for that reason I am leaving this review.
When me and my father first walked in we were very confused about the layout and where to enter from. Being frustrated already, we thought it would be another Doctors office that didn’t care about the patients and were upset to even be there, however we couldn’t be more wrong. Dr. Char is knowledgeable and thorough.
My mom had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this doctor and his office. She has been diagnosed with venous insufficiency by multiple doctors and was advised that she would need treatment. In fact, two other doctors were prepared to move forward with surgery. However, she chose to continue her care with valley doctors because that is what she feels most comfortable with. My recent visit was very good. In particular, Nicole did a great job. I would look forward to having her perform my future testing. She is extremely competent and possesses the social skills to make you feel calm and relaxed throughout the procedure.
