My mom had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this doctor and his office. She has been diagnosed with venous insufficiency by multiple doctors and was advised that she would need treatment. In fact, two other doctors were prepared to move forward with surgery. However, she chose to continue her care with valley doctors because that is what she feels most comfortable with. My recent visit was very good. In particular, Nicole did a great job. I would look forward to having her perform my future testing. She is extremely competent and possesses the social skills to make you feel calm and relaxed throughout the procedure.
I was a new patient and needed to see Dr Char urgently. Joselyn worked very hard to get me an appointment coordinated with the Doppler test so I wouldn’t need to go back twice. Nicole, who performed the test, is a treasure. She put me at ease, was very professional, and I know sincerely wished me the best. Dr Char is very approachable, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease. I cannot recommend this practice more highly.
Technician Francesca is wonderful, kind, thoughtful and professional, a pleasure to spend an hour with her. Roberta at desk is also a pleasure, kind and very efficient.
