Terrible experience. The technician came to look at a jamming gate at my house. He clicked the opener button a few times, looked at the panel, then said he didn't know anything about it, he'd never heard of the gate brand, and couldn't help. I asked if the company could replace it with a brand that's more familiar to them; he said he didn't know that either. I thanked him and he left. A few weeks later I got an invoice for $485! Very dispointed with the customer service. The technician left without insalling a light bulb (which doesn't come with the equipment). But it would have been nice if he had asked for one and put it in given the residents are in their nineties and cannot climb ladders!
We had an amazing experience using Door Works for the installation of a garage door on our new construction home. They have fair pricing and fantastic customer service.
Hernan the sales person is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the options available to us. Promply came to the house the next day to measure and explain the installation process. Tom the garage door technician is very methodical and truly takes pride in ensuring the installation is done properly. The job was accomplished cleanly and efficently.
