Very dispointed with the customer service. The technician left without insalling a light bulb (which doesn't come with the equipment). But it would have been nice if he had asked for one and put it in given the residents are in their nineties and cannot climb ladders!
We had an amazing experience using Door Works for the installation of a garage door on our new construction home. They have fair pricing and fantastic customer service.
Hernan the sales person is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the options available to us. Promply came to the house the next day to measure and explain the installation process. Tom the garage door technician is very methodical and truly takes pride in ensuring the installation is done properly. The job was accomplished cleanly and efficently.
