Y'all have got to get eyes in this Get covered NJ service because it's a disaster as it currently stands. It's got rude unknowledgeable representatives who don't understand people have power of attorney medical and financial over others that require it who are fighting a terminal illnesses. To dismiss the situation and say nothing can be done to escalate it to get the medical power of attorney sent over is ridiculous and seriously delays critical care needed.

This place is dreadful. They have put my license on hold and not processing my paperwork. It has been a problem for half a month now :)
