Absolute waste of time and not in your corner at all. The investigator argued for the insurance company's case. Gross misuse of public funds for zero effort, backbone, or fighting spirit.
I'm giving 1 star because of the work that DOBI does,they're one of the better government organizations in NJ,they do their job in a timely manner without shuffling people from one organization to another in order to instill frustration,but there's one item they're falling short on and that is in my opinion DOBI favors the car insurance companies,in case you NJ residents haven't found out yet is your car insurance is going up as of January 1st 2026,the insurance companies got approval from the state of NJ to raise rates base... read more
I sent a letter via certified mail regarding insurance fraud and they sent the letter back to sender. The address was correct and clearly written. Shame on you.
