Completely useless. Better off going straight to an attorney to go after the insurance company.
Whenever I require assistance and contact Tim Johnson's office, I am consistently met with their voicemail. Does he employ anyone to answer the telephones? In light of the current circumstances, where New Jersey permits these unscrupulous insurance companies to perpetually increase our rates year after year, one would expect that these companies would hire agents to address our inquiries and concerns, rather than merely collecting our payments on a monthly/yearly basis.
