This agent should not exist. It is extremely worthless and the CSR reps are tone deaf, condescending, nonchalant, and COULD CARE A LESS about consumers calling. Another wasted agency. The Government wants to save money how about eliminating this agency among others. Start there. When you have agencies, people "supposed to be for the consumers" You have a better chance of getting struck by lightning before they will care.

I hope who runs this department reads this post because I’m submitting it to Atty General and the Governor‘s office and the office of the controller I called today.
