Just another agency that no longer cares. Very unhelpful and failed to properly investigate. Our taxes can be put to better use.
Terrible system. They drag to answer your phone call. The people are never able to get on the phone with you…. From investigators to the supervisors. You literally call to get email addresses to use. And they take forever to respond. Unreal‼️
Called to get assistance, got referred by another state organization. The man I spoke with on the phone was condescending and rude. Asked me questions I already gave him the answers to, and was not help. If you don’t love your job get a new one, don’t treat the people looking to get help like they’re dumb.
My experience with this agency proved that it is not interested in protecting consumers.
