I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately i can’t. The repair man is a grumpy old asian man who doesn’t really speak english well and charges really high prices for bike repairs. The environment in the whole shop is hostile and not welcoming. Do not give them your bread
Jason and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and effective. I went to the store to put new brakes on my bike. I dropped my bike off and was able to pick it up a few hours later. I had an issue with my front tire leaking air too, and they fixed it before I even knew it was an issue. I will definitely be going back. I trust them with all of my Bike needs. Thank you.
Absolutely incredible service from NEW JERSEY CYCLES. They saved my cross-country trip! After breaking my chain in Staten Island, NEW JERSEY CYCLES was able to quickly fix my chain and get me back on the road. These guys are fantastic!! Thank you for the route advice. My bike is running like new!
