Horrendous!!! The wind blows and this company will leave you without power for days. Lost power July 3, it’s July 6 and as per a statement on Facebook from JCP&L they just sent a crew out now to fix. This is unacceptable!
To many outages. That end up being 12 hours out. Takes forever to get power back on. Then never offers credit for service being out. Can’t wait to move out of this area so I don’t lose power every other day .
U can’t connect with real person over the phone !!! Horrible auto system ! Can’t connect my service !!
Too many outages with this company
Completely ignored the NJ Winter Termination Program and turned off my electricity in the middle of winter, then refused to turn the power back on when I called them, which is a direct threat my life in these cold months (temperature is 27F tonight). Someone please investigate this corrupt agency and break them up - it will save lives!
