What is going on with this place. They said the bill isn't paid but it is and now they're leaving notices to shut off my power. 1.8 hr wait to talk to someone over the phone? This should be illegal

Most useless sacks of ****, keep extending the estimated time of restoration and not a single proper update or timetable of when they’ll fix it. Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Not our fault that they don’t have the proper resources or be prepared for larger outages.
Would give zero stars if I could. Never thought there would be a difference in utility companies until I lived in a place where 5 minutes of rain would put your power out for over 6 hours while you look at your neighbors across the street who have PSE&G watching TV.
