I had my surgery in 2015, and lost 85 lbs. I recently gained 16 lbs due to medication I was taking. Unfortunately, I was unaware that it makes you gain weight. I called immediately once I figured out the cause of my weight gain. Though I have an appointment coming up in a month, the nutritionist was supportive, and encouraged me to come in if that was what I wanted to do.
