Best blend of gym and sports in one place at a reasonable price
I am mortified by the terrible customer service or lack of accountability from this facility. I recently signed up this gym. I was told by Ryan the membership rep that my monthly payment will be $70 dollars. There were no mentioned of any other fees or clear and conspicuous disclosure given to me of any payment options for a hidden fee. Come to find out they tried to charge me $75 dollars instead of what was in the contract that i signed. Honestly giving this gym a 3 is being nice. I’m a vibe workout type of person. The gym is DEAD I went around 3pm and it was dead dead and didn’t get busy the entire time I was there. If you like being along and no one to hype you up or keep up with then this is ok… HOWEVER. The equipment is very old and out of date. The dumbbells need an update the machines need an update and everything. It seems like this place is trying to compete with other gyms. Especially since it has a monthly cost of 80$ a month. Christine is an absolute unit. Her strike night class is my money's worth on its own.
The issue with this gym is that the majority of the equipment on the bottom floor is old. Free weights don't match and the cables on the equipment are broken all the time and they stay broken. They stay broken for as long as they are fixed. And then they raised rates. This problem can be fixed with attention to detail and equipment. I know they can do better, time to put it in action.
