I hired this company to test the water in my well. The first technician broke the water faucet flooding my basement. They charge $650.00 for the test. After I fixed and replaced The faucet the next technician came. He had very limited knowledge, got three different readings for the PH of the water. The week before, another company adjusted the PH. I have used NJ Analytical for my clients for many years with satisfactory results, despite the bad reviews. I will no longer recommend them. My client had to pay up front (which we have never done before) and an inspection was scheduled. They never showed up all day. They were called and the person answering said they were new and had no knowledge of anything. Two more calls were made and no answers given. Now my client had to stop the payment on the pre-payment.
