Due to recent storms, it was brought to my attention that I had standing water in my crawlspace. Knowing that that is a bad thing, John was recommended by a local crawlspace company for a sump pump installation. John took the time to do the estimate and even pointed out that the original, cast iron, waste pipe was starting to flake and recommended having that replaced, which he provided as a separate line item in case we wanted to wait on that job.
