I had a great experience at new ivory bridal with Sara just a few weeks ago. They offered a lot of dresses more in the style I had in mind than other shops. Sara was also super helpful and patient with me wanting to trial other strap or underlayer color options. At the end of the appointment, I ended up saying yes to the dress. I highly recommend new ivory bridal to any bride still looking for a dress as the customer service was great.
I can't say enough nice things about New Ivory. It was my 4th dress apt but my 1st one here. At this point I was starting to feel discouraged as all of the dresses I was trying on at other places were not hitting the mark or feeling the way I wanted to feel in them. My experience at New Ivory was like no other. It was my second bridal dress shopping experience and I knew from the moment I stepped in there, I was getting my dress from there. Kristen was a dream to work with. She listened to everything I was interested in, never pushed, and made me comfortable from start to finish. The dresses were modern and beautiful, and it felt there was a size for every bride. I cannot recommend them enough!!
This was my first place i went for dress shopping and i had no clue what to expect. Sara was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and helped me decide what type of styles i liked as i knew nothing going into this. A lot of people had said they thought this was only plus size however they are sooo many sizes ! Size inclusive and a variety of sizes. Owner also incredible. Definitely recommend
