The agent was very nice to me. She found me an apartment when I was in a jam. The trouble was communication between the agent and with the landlord, Tri State management has not returned my 2 months security. I paid the $1,800 security and a $900.00 commission to the agent. The agent was my only contact with the landlord. The landlord would not return phone calls and still does not.
