It’s great that they are so busy but it’s frustrating that they say on their socials that they accept walk-ins. I got there 3 minutes after opening and was turned away despite the place being almost entirely empty. Hopefully I can try them another time when I can make an appointment! Update: really enjoyed my follow up visit WITH an appointment. I would recommend that the owner either not advertise “walk ins accepted” or have walk in designated hours/days
I went in today for my 11:30am appointment and when I arrived early Bonita just looked at me and didn’t say anything so I said I have an 11:30 appointment and she looked at the lady in her chair and said “oh shit”! She never said I’m running behind I will get with you after her nothing. I waited 35 minutes because Bonita and Muchie were both helping other people. Went in for a pedicure and was treated wonderfully by Bonita! She did an incredible job and was such a pleasure to talk to! The salon is beautiful and very clean inside, I have been to many nail salons and this one definitely impressed me! 1000/10 recommend!
This is the best salon in the area! I have tried so many salons in the selma/smithfield era and this is definitely the location i’m gonna stick to. Bonita did my nails and she did an amazing job. I came in for a fill in, my previous nails were done by another salon but she completely out did them! She is so precise with her work and my nails look just like the picture i showed her. The energy in this nail salon is so welcoming and fun. I will definitely be making this my new spot and will be a frequent customer!
