Absolutely abismal - promised 20 mins - had to call repeatedly to Chase the order apparently “busy busy “ finally arrived 1 hour 40 mins later demanding cash payment even through we ordered on line and order accepted ? - we declined the delivery as if that’s the service not risking the food !! will never ever use again - evening ruined
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The order took almost 1.5 HOURS to arrive, and even then it was incomplete and completely wrong. My bhelpuri was missing, and instead of dal paneer, I received some random mixed vegetable curry. The food tasted awful, the presentation was terrible, and the overall quality was honestly unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 hours, this is absolutely ridiculous.Complete waste of money. Terrible food, terrible service, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had. NEVER ordering from here again.
Chewing on a rubber Chicken and prawn couldn't be more over cooked. Spice were raw in the sauce, but still took ages to make Never had worse take away in my life
WORST SERVICE EVER. Received the wrong order and when I called the restaurant, the man on the phone LIED and said I hadn’t even ordered from them through Uber Eats, despite the restaurant address on the Uber Eats app being the exact same one I called. Thankfully, Uber Eats refunded me the full amount. Absolute joke of a service. Even Wayne/Joe’s poppadoms were awful🤣
Doesn't deserve 1 star. Food didn't turn up and no answer from the restaurant.
