I will not never my whole entire life to deal with this Body Shop ever again and I mean never and I’m a Tow Truck Driver and I’ve been Towing for 23 years. I would not even refer anyone to this Body Shop. He is a rip off and he get over on people.
Hot Damn! I had a really solid experience at New Impressions Collision Center. Alex, the owner, is extremely honest and straightforward, which is hard to find these days. He didn’t try to upsell anything or push unnecessary work — he told me exactly what needed to be done and why, and that’s exactly what he delivered. AAA recommended New Impressions to me for body work on my 2015 Nissan MURANO I have kept the vehicle in great shape and wanted a local company in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area to service my car.
