I love this beauty parlor but I went around the holidays and I was over charged for a wash and set. Usually I pay no more than $40. It was a wash and set and I bought my own deep conditioner. I was charged $60. I always tip and feel they were over charging because of the holidays.

I went there to get a relaxer done and I also bought my own relaxer kit the person forgot to put in conditioner in my hair the whole time and my hair turned a different color and the person who did my hair had no regards for my feelings that my hair had changed a different color that was the worst relaxer did I ever had and I never went back ever again I refuse to give money to people who do terrible job and doing your hair I don't care cuz I left out of there in tears

No one in that salon speaks English And the wait takes forever They aren’t really busy The products they used are cheap And I had a lady there trimmed my hair and I only wanted the ends cut and she cut off like 3 inches. I do not recommend anyone go here.
