I called very last minute to book an appointment for lip filler and Botox for an upcoming event I have this weekend. Stephanie accepted my appointment even though this is not something they normally would do. I ended up being 15 minutes late and was extremely apologetic to her and she still took my appointment anyways. I recently had a pro fractional laser treatment with Ken, and I could not be happier with the experience.From the time I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process thoroughly, answering all my questions. During the treatment, he was constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. I felt like I was in excellent hands the whole time. If you’re considering Profractional or any other treatment, I can’t recommend Ken enough!

The specialist, Leu , guided me through every step of the procedure and answered my questions with patience. She did a great job and was gentle.
