Unfortunately my repair was only a small job and l had contacted roughly half a dozen upholstery businesses before New Image Upholstery, and nobody even gave me the time of day. Samira went out of her way to source the material needed and did an outstanding quality job on my item in question. If you want customer service and a quality job don’t waste your time and money going else where. Thank you Samira, you have exceeded my expectations !!
Similar to another post - dropped a small job off early August 2025 and still waiting. I fully understand that big jobs you need to have patience with the completion time. Rang and still no commitment on finish date.
worst service ever!! The lady who attends to you is rude, arrogant and no idea what service should be! I dropped off a footstool in march , was quoted over $400 and told no idea when ready and not till after easter. now nearly 2 months, I decided to go in and was told she never promised that it would be done soon!! She has my deposit of $47 which I won't get back as she has to pay for the fabric. absolutely disgraceful, rude and comtemptous attitude - I have now gotten my item being done elsewhere at Half the price and ready... read more
Samira has a very talented team we are very pleased with her work
A mess of a result with poor quality, cheap rubbishy materials used which are not fit for purpose so you soon have lumpy misshapen items even though they are unused and have been protected. I paid many thousands $$$ and am having to get the upholstery redone by another upholsterer. I had my grandfather's sofa & armchair reupholstered. They were made in Collingwood over 100 years ago with a solid oak frame. Chose high quality fabric.
