The bus broke down on a chartered trip to Nashville 9/10/2016. We were supposed to leave Nashville at 7:00pm, after standing in the gravel parking lot of an abandoned building until 11:30pm at night they say "this bus isn't going anywhere tonight, you all are on your own to get home." New Image Travel stranded 45 people in a parking lot several hours away from home.
