Excellent customer service and affordable
Apparently you need an appointment for simple eyebrow threading here. I was standing in the store with no help, even tried calling the store and my phone call was declined (I heard the phone ringing and it got declined while I was in the store) Then another customer entered for a hair cut and was helped right away. Even though I was there first, apparently no one could take 5 mins to do my eyebrows because the lady that came after me had an “appointment”. Very disappointed in the service and will not be back here.
