I went there with a friend for a haircut. We waited for about 20 minutes. After waiting, we asked when our turn would be for the haircut. They apologized and said that all of their staff were currently busy and that they had appointments scheduled after finishing their current clients. It was a very disappointing experience. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting, but no one informed us in advance about the delay or the appointment schedule. Overall, it was a very poor customer service experience.
I went in for a haircut on 4/2 at 5:30 PM, and unfortunately no experienced stylists were available. The stylist who assisted me handled the hair wash and blow dry very poorly. She pulled my hair excessively, causing noticeable breakage and leaving me with a severe headache. The entire appointment took about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and I left in pain and in tears. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
