I had a 1:15 appointment and arrived at 12:30pm. As she was preparing to work on my hair, roughly 10 minutes later, another customer came in with the same appointment time. Despite my early arrival and being seated first in the chair first, I was asked to step aside while the stylist attended to other client first. This was my first time at this salon and was excited to be serviced. This was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend booking.

I hadn't gotten my hair done since I left Virginia in 2018 which I honestly liked. Tamara allowed me to come in on my day off work at a moment's notice. She slayed my hair and I even cried. You don't understand how it feels to go to other people to get your hair done and they fail. I am so happy with her services and she is the only person who can touch my hair. I finally found my perfect cosmologist/stylist. I can't wait until my next appointment. She's the best!
