The Nailtech Ashley is VERY unprofessional. My wife has had to jump through hoops with Ashley constantly rescheduling the appointments, up to 6 times. She recently double booked a time that my wife already had confirmed to be going to, so when she showed up, there was no appointment for her. Ashley also held onto her deposit even though it was her fault for not communicating. We recommend going to someone else for your nails unless you want a headache and less money in your pocket.

I had the BEST experience. I have over 2 ft of hair and I haven't been into an actual salon in about 10 years. My good friend recommended New Image to me (she was very satisfied with her visit as well)! 10/10 and I will be going back! Outhong was understanding, extremely nice, very encouraging, with how nervous I was to go to a salon again within the first 15mins all of my doubt was gone! She did an amazing job.
