A couple of days ago we had issues with our hot water tank bursting. They were able to replace the unit very quickly for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone in the future

Our 30 year old dishwasher had met its time. We bought a beautiful new Bosch and thought it would be easy - just unplug/plumb the old and attach the new. Nope!. The whole copper pipe work under the sink needed a reconfiguration. We had the lovely young man, Joshua come and do the job. To say it wasn't an easy 'get to' is an understatement. But to Josh's credit he persisted and did an amazing job. Such a pleasure to have this respectful and diligent young man come into our home. Noticed a pinhole leak in the copper pipe of my hot water system. Sent an enquiry to New Image and Rob got back to me straight away. Was very helpful and worked out a time to suit us both. Simon came out the next day and fixed it quickly. Much cheaper than I thought it was going to cost. Thanks again
