New Image Plumbing are absolutely fantastic! After hiring a friend's family member to install 2 toilets & move a shower head 20mm it quickly turned into a nightmare. 4½hrs to install 1½ toilets that turned out to be improperly installed & the other covered in scratches. Unfortunately 1 toilet flooded the room under our newly installed flooring. Glenn was the best service and nothing was too much trouble. I thought I only needed a small downpipe repair but I had found more faults at my property before he arrived. He came up with great solutions to all my issues and managed to sort it all out on the same trip. I can not recommend this company highly enough, they did an amazing job!
Absolutely great work and great guys. Did some work then happily came to take a 2nd look when I had an issue (which turned out to be a non-issue) but Glen was here first thing to have a look for me. HIghly recommend, why go anywhere else when you can have the best!!!!
Recently purchased a property that had damaged, blocked and missing downpipes and terrible flow throughout the backyard gutters and piping. Called New Image Plumbing to come out and have a look. Problems were quickly diagnosed, explained and the solution given while quoting. Work was completed promptly and professionally, while being given options and explanation throughout the process. Will definitely be using Glen and the team again in the future.
