I was in a complete panic after accidentally dropping my keys down a sealed drain in a restroom at my GP (Resolve medical). New image plumping on such short notice showed up so quickly. He successfully fished them out in a few minutes. I was so relieved I could have cried. He didn't have to take that on but he did, and he made what felt like a disaster completely manageable. So grateful for the fast response, proffesionalism and the kindness shown that day.
New Image Plumbing are absolutely fantastic! After hiring a friend's family member to install 2 toilets & move a shower head 20mm it quickly turned into a nightmare. 4½hrs to install 1½ toilets that turned out to be improperly installed & the other covered in scratches. Helpful friendly service.
Glenn was the best service and nothing was too much trouble. I thought I only needed a small downpipe repair but I had found more faults at my property before he arrived. He came up with great solutions to all my issues and managed to sort it all out on the same trip. I can not recommend this company highly enough, they did an amazing job!
