I had such a great experience here! The manager and employees were so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kayla, my laser tech, was amazing!! She made me feel really comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was just genuinely so sweet. The manager was also incredibly kind and made me feel like they cared so much about my experience. Completely unsatisfied, the procedure I over paid for did not make a difference I went back expressing my dissatisfaction and they tried to upsell me to another service. Do not recommend Pati or the receptionist MJ who spoke on behalf of Dr. Bob discarding me and my concerns. $700 waste of money, DO NOT RECOMMEND
