We recently had Alex and his crew out to our home for a landscaping remodel. This experience was fantastic from the first meeting till the end of the project. Alex had such a vision for design . We had great communication with Alex for all questions. Alex was really great at seeing what the yard had to give and making it happen. The crew always came on time and always cleaned up. Im very stunned to see the work from New Image Lawn Landscape they helped me redesign my front lawn and kept it clean and tidy. The workers are determined into what they do and work very hard. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space. 10/10 service! 👍🏽
Very dependable for cutting and trimming. Follow up on quotes not so much. Have in past requested on 2 different projects for quotes waited... and nothing. Also billing is good most of the time but seems like payments don't posted before automated notices go out. Not often but it does occur
Alex and his team were quick, efficient, and delivered a quality product on time and within our budget. Alex had a design that made sense and really optimized our shady front yard. This is one of those rare situations when our expectations were exceeded. We could not be more pleased with how our front yard turned out. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Alex and his team are extremely thorough. They mow our yard but they have also done many landscape projects for us. Alex is always willing to talk things out and ensure everyone is on the same page and happy.
