Alex and everyone are great to work with. Professional, thorough, and polite. Alex’s price was extremely competitive and goes the extra mile with their choice of plumber. Water lines between the house and the system are COPPER. It will not break down in the sun like plastic. I strongly recommend New Image.
Alex and his team installed sprinkler this past July, and the entire process was smooth and easy. I just had aeration and overseeding done yesterday. Turns out, they nicked one of the sprinkler lines in a soft spot in my lawn where the aerator sunk a bit. I reached out to Alex that evening, let me know he would be there first thing the following morning. Following morning, Alex was here and replaced the issue by 7:45am. I'd give Alex 6 starts if I could, highly recommend, unbelievable customer service.
Our neighbor told us about this family owned and operated business. Alex was very quick to respond and gave us a reasonable quote. They scheduled us soon and arrived on time, very professional team. They did excellent work and Alex’s brother Roberto and Alex junior helped to set up and explain everything. The entire experience was stress free and pleasant. I highly recommend this small family business. They are awesome and you will not be disappointed
