Ziena is such a sweet amazing lady. She listens and gives advice. No pressure. Just such a great experience.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this salon. I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing, but the staff member was extremely careless and ended up burning my eyelid with the wax. It was painful and left a visible mark. What made it worse was the lack of proper apology or any attempt to offer help or compensation.
