Ivan (and Shawn) was awesome to work with... Very honest in what was good product.. Came to my place in a timely manner to estimate.. A very reasonable quote for cost of work.. his connections did a great job installing in a very quick time... the completed work looked amazing!! would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone who wants new flooring...
We had our flooring done with New Image, and we love the flooring, the price was reasonable, and they were good to work with. However, I didn’t love the way the installation went. It was a two day job. On the first day, everything was great, but on the second day, they were down to only one installer. He had a language barrier, so we were unable to ask any questions or communicate what we wanted, and he was at our house quite late, so was getting really tired towards the end, leading to the finishing touches not being done v... read more
Amazing company, customer service and workmanship. Shawn is excellent to deal with and provides great expertise on pricing and product. The crew that serviced our home was warm, professional and very easy to work with. Cannot do any better than Alper and his fellows. I'm a Realtor and have worked with several flooring companies. These guys are the best. 6/5 stars.
Great pricing and awesome selection of products! Supplied all the tile, floor prep, kerdi- including foam board shower kits, ditra heat system. Used for multiple projects, its great to have a one stop shop - order and just pick up your package.
