We had our flooring done with New Image, and we love the flooring, the price was reasonable, and they were good to work with. However, I didn’t love the way the installation went. It was a two day job. On the first day, everything was great, but on the second day, they were down to only one installer. Amazing company, customer service and workmanship. Shawn is excellent to deal with and provides great expertise on pricing and product. The crew that serviced our home was warm, professional and very easy to work with. Cannot do any better than Alper and his fellows. I'm a Realtor and have worked with several flooring companies. These guys are the best. 6/5 stars.
Great pricing and awesome selection of products! Supplied all the tile, floor prep, kerdi- including foam board shower kits, ditra heat system. Used for multiple projects, its great to have a one stop shop - order and just pick up your package.

Dominick never shows up when he say he is coming. Not reliable at all. We had a porcelain floor put down with luxury Vinal flooring. He told us that we would need 1/2 insulation and he would put down a water barrier as well. Well the porcelain floor was 3/4 inch higher and he never add anything to the1/2 so the floor with in months started to warping.
