This is my fourth time using New Image Flooring. We are extremely disappointed with our floors. First the installers made a big mess because they used the saw inside the house. Shawn claimed they would never do that. I was here when they were working inside with the saw (assumed they would clean up their mess so I didn’t say anything) and sent pictures of the saw dust all over our freshly painted house.
