Basketball court urgently needs consistent mopping of the floor. It is an injury risk and lowers quality of experience heavily.
Unfortunately after 25 years I cancelled my membership. The staff tried to continually bill me after multiple back-and-forth emails and proving proof that I cancelled the membership now they are threatening to send me to collections which is really sad this is how they thank me for all the years of support. Shame on you guys and shame for being so extremely rude
Staff are always welcoming and the womens only section is the best. The zumba classes are lots of fun. I really enjoy spending time here.
I recently visited Fitness Unlimited in Langley BC and couldn't be happier with my experience! A special shout-out to Tayla, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the sign-up process. She took the time to walk me through all the equipment options, explained the different membership plans clearly, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
