I got lipo360 + arm lipo with Dr. Neng Zhong. From beginning to end, the entire staff were amazing! The nurses were so nice, sweet, and hands on. They made me feel comfortable the entire time. If I had to do this all over again, I’d definitely choose this center again. Thank you New Image team for making me feel comfortable in a time like that.
Dr. Zhong and Maria made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. They were very informative, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever pushing me in any direction. I appreciated that they allowed me to make the decisions that felt right for me while still providing guidance and support. Their post-op follow ups have been very much appreciated and the patient-centered care provided by all the staff made an intimidating experience very seamless.
The center is absolutely professional and warm. I was welcomed so warmly. Well lit and everyone friendly and helpful. Maria is like a mom taking care of her baby. Great bedside manner for maria and dr Jacobson. I recommend this place.
