Terrible experience. The builder used cheap, low-quality materials and it shows—floors are already warping, stair floorboards are bending, and fixtures feel flimsy. Craftsmanship was rushed and sloppy, with crooked walls, uneven tile, and visible gaps everywhere. It’s clear they cut corners just to finish fast and save money. They advertised my home as pre-wired for an EV charger and made it seem like the wiring was ready to go. In reality, they ran only about 3 feet of wire and didn’t even connect it to the breaker. We recently went through our one year warranty inspection and the team was quick and thorough resolving all issues! Eugene assisted in touching up any settling, etc. and was great!

Bad build quality and impossible to get a hold of. They said they would come by to fix a couple things after buying one of the units they build and never showed up. They kept saying a builder will come to get it out and they never did. Radio silence. Did not even come by for the one year warranty check up.
