Within less than 24 hours of contacting NWG, my windscreen is being repaired. I was lucky to speak with Kanita who went above and beyond to assist me. Insurance sent the wrong details, she fixed it. Driving the car to the nearest repairer was a risk, she organised someone to come to me. Honestly, what a customer service queen. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who is fixing my car but he’s been very professional and respectful. The world can be a sad, rough place and little acts of kindness are rare. THANK YOU
The guys do a great job of crashing into parked cars and driving off. A for effort, just a shame that you didn't break his windscreen as that's a potential sale you've missed.
