Honestly, I can’t fault the customer service—it was great. However, the workmanship left questions. After removing the masking tape they use during the job, the paint on my daughter’s car was stripped off. The worker blamed the manufacturer, claiming the car model is known for paint issues. I’ve never seen or heard of this being a problem with the car, including on my own car or others I have seen. Any car manufacturer would call a recall for major defects known. Smashed my rear windscreen to smithereens on Saturday... was getting the run around with a few places... called Jake... booked in for Monday... came to my place... sorted it all out beautifully, cleaned up and left like nothing ever happened. Couldn't be a lovelier or more professional person. So grateful I found him! Definitely highly recommended !
